On 3 March the public initiative For Freedom applied to Minsk City Executive Committee for the permission to hold a meeting of the electorate with the candidate to the presidential position Aliaksandr Milinkevich accompanied by a large concert of rock bands. Among the bands that agreed to take part in the concert there are N.R.M., Neuro Dubel and some other bands that joined the campaign Musicians for Freedom.
On 15 March Minsk CEC permitted to hold the concert and the meeting at 5 p.m. in Bahalor Square.
