Rector of Polatsk State University Orders to Deprive Teacher of Bonus for Handing out Milinkevich’s Electoral Program

Recently the guards of Polatsk State University detained the lecturer of the department of informational technologies Aliaksei Kavaliou for distribution of the electoral program of the candidate to presidential position Aliaksandr Milinkevich. Then a rebuke for ‘violation of the working discipline’ was issued to the lecturer and the rector ordered to deprive him of the monthly bonus.
According to Mr Kavaliou he handed out the materials outdoors in his leisure time, that’s why he could by no means violate the working discipline. Besides, the university’s lecturers didn’t have a fixed working day. That’s why Aliaksei Kavaliou intends to complain against the rectors actions to the university’s commission on working arguments.
