7 March 2006, Brest
At 8 a.m. the activists of Brest city headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich found there a tap that was hidden in a receptacle.

At 1.10 p.m. a group of students of the Polytechnic University Almaz that was directed by the provost V.Drahan assaulted a group of agitators for Milinkevich (Aliaksandr Dzenisenka, Mr Koush, Iryna Laurouskaia, Stsiapan Navaselchan, Kanstantsin Turchaniak, Siarhei Vakulenka, etc.). The students used force. As a result, the agitators called the police. Four policemen arrived to discriminate into the situation.

8 March 2006, Brest
At 2 p.m. at the crossing of Shauchenka alley and Skaryna bunder the road police blocked the car of the agitator Dzianis Turchaniak that was standing at a parking. The policemen paid interest to the agitation poster of Aliaksandr Milinkevich on the roof of the car and the inscription ‘Brest for Milinkevich!’. The journalist Uladzimir Vialichkin happened to pass by informed the policemen the car was thrice detained during the week, without any grounds for it. When D.Turchaniak approached the car, the police drove away.

9 March 2006, Brest
At 4.10 p.m. near Brest factory of Gas Devices as a result of anonymous telephone call the police detained five agitators for Aliaksandr Milinkevich: Dzmitry Filipchuk, Andrei Karpuk, Iryna Laurouskaia, Palina Panasiuk and Dzianis Turchaniak. The policemen explained that the duty policeman told them to detain all agitators and propagandists.

At the department of prophylactics where they were brought, the senior lieutenant informed the agitators they weren’t detained and could go. The agitators got indignant and demanded from the police to give them the reports of administrative detention. The policemen started to threaten they would composed the reports for violation of article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations (hooliganism). Soon the human rights activist Uladzimir Vialichkin came to the police station. The detainees entrusted to him to represent their interests. The chair of the prophylactics department Iury Stepusiuk gave them the number of his mobile phone and advised to phone to him in such cases so that he could solve their problems.

While the detainees were writing their complaints to the complaint book of the police station, the policemen apologized and even proposed to drive them back to the place where they were detained.

At 1 p.m. a special car was noticed near Brest city headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich. It can have special listening devices.

One More Criminal Case

The criminal case under part 1 of article 193 of the Criminal Coude was brought against Anderi Panasik, public activist from the town of Masty. He is accused of activity on behalf of the unregistered public initiative Partnership.
