Homel: Authorities Want to Disrupt Milinkevich’s Meeting with Electorate

According to Homel human rights activist Anatol Paplauny, the meeting with Aliaksandr Milinkevich is appointed on 13 March and is to begin with gathering of the participants in Paustannie Square in Savetskaia St. of Homel on 13 March. According to the preliminary agreement with the local authorities, the meeting will take place at the stadium that is situated not far from the square. However, in order to hinder the meeting, the authorities have started covering the square with snow, which they bring from all parts of the city by tip-lorries. The city residents have never seen such a thing before.
