The police detained the citizens of Barysau Dzmitry Zubro and Aliaksandr Kazakou in Minsk for making political graffiti. Later the detainees were accused of resistance to the police. During the court sitting of 9 March it was found that one of the defendants was ill. As a result, the defence lawyer Pavel Sapelka solicited for the postponement of the trial to 7 April, because the presence of both defendants would allow for a more objective trial. The judge granted the petition.
