In Vitiebsk young people are detained for information about the meeting with Milinkevich

On February 23, at 9 p.m. the police officers of the Pershamaiski Bourough Department of Internal Sffairs detained Vital Brouka and Zmitser Karatkevich. The young people were putting up advertisements about the meeting with Milinkevich on February 26.
The detained guys were taken to the Department of Internal Affairs and the police made protocols of their detention by terms of article 143.3 (violation of sanitation rules) and the young people had to explain their actions.
The materials of the administrative cases are submitted to the administrative commission in the area of the young people residence.
