In the evening of 10 February the road police and the criminal police detained the Uladzimir Shyla (father of the youth activist Ivan Shyla) and Dzmitry Dashkevich who were driving out of the city by U. Shyla’s car. They confiscated stickers “We Want New One” and several balloons with paint. Uladzimir Shyla was detained for about 2 hours and Dzmitry Dashkevich - for 4 hours. According to Dashkevich, a man in plain clothes (who didn’t introduce himself) warned the confiscated things would be checked in relation to “illegal activity”.
