According to Uladzimir Vialichkin, human rights activist from Brest
At 3 p.m. on 11 February 2006 the police detained the public activist Vasil Andrasiuk, citizen of the village of Staroe Sialo and took him to Zhabinka District Board of Internal Affairs. At first the policemen didn’t know what to do with him: they phoned to Brest, tried to take the fingerprints from the detainee. Then the local police inspector A. Ivanou looked into Andrasiuk’s bag and found there bulletins “Right to Freedom”. They became very glad they found the reason for composing a violation report. They counted the bulletins, composed the act of confiscation that was signed by A. Ivanou and the police witnesses A. Suprunovich and V. Seviarynchyk and the report for violation of part 3 of Article 172, distribution of printed materials without issue data that was signed by the chair of Zhabinka DBIA.
