Viktar Zhinhel, the Prosecutor of the Maskouski Borough, arrested an activist of the Young Front Zmitsier Kaspiarovich

On January 20 Zmitsier Kaspiarovich, Zmitsier Haurusik, and Paveu Batuieu finished their term in custody where they were staying since January 17.
At first they were suspected of a criminal action according to article 370 - contempt and humiliation of the state symbols, which provides fine, corrective employment or imprisonment for a period of about a year. The young people spent three day in the detention center for the attempt to take a national flag from the building of Minsk City Executive Committee.
Later the Prosecutor’s Office changed the article in the criminal case and the young people were interrogated according to part 2 of article 339 – grievous disorderly conduct. However, in the absence of evidence providing for the application of the part 2. And the Prosecutor of the Maskouski Borough interrogated Kaspiarovich on charges of part 1 of article 339 (disorderly conduct). The prosecutor decided to arrest the young people. Paveu Batuieu and Zmitsier Haurusik were released but they are still accused of the crime. The lawyers admitted that Zmitsier Kaspiarovich was not officially accused. According to the general practice, in such cases a person is not kept in a detention center during investigation.
