On 18 and 19 January Piotr Iavidovich was summonsed to the district procurator’s office and warned that proceedings were instituted for alleged early agitation and for calling on people to take part in an unauthorized gathering.
The head of the Ashmiany-based Aliaxandr Milinkievich headquarters does not agree to the charges brought against him: “I have not called on anyone to take part in any unauthorized gatherings. We are collecting signatures, including busy places, which in no way violates the Election legislation”, argues Piotr Iavidovich.
