This was a decision taken by Judge of Central Borough Court Damnienka because Siarhei Khastsiechenka was detained on 2 January allegedly for anti-governmental graffiti. However, the police did not find any means of making graffiti on the detained person – and despite that the court passed such a harsh verdict – 15 days of arrest.
