School of Human Rights Declared
The Executive Bureau of the Belarusian NGO Assembly declared that from the start of 2006 the School of Human Rights organized by the international community of human rights organizations will start work.
The target groups of the School are youth, lecturers and journalists.
According to the plan, six sessions (each session lasting 7-9 days) will be held from January through August. four sessions for four groups of young people, one session for lecturers and one session for journalists. Each group of the participants contains 18-22 people.
The sessions will be held in Ukraine and Lithuania.
Within the School curriculum, the participants will learn about the history and philosophy of human rights, and also means for protecting them at national and international levels.
The attention will be given to the participants oriented toward public problems, interested in receiving knowledge in the field of human rights and willing and prepared to act toward their protection.
The School lecturers are representatives of leading human rights organizations of Belarus and other countries, known and authoritative specialists in the field of human rights and law. Representatives of the international human rights organizations will be invited to take part in the educational process.

Submitting applications
To take part in the School, the pretender fills out a registration form and submits a CV, a reference from the organization (optional) and emails them at: belschool@gmail.com
On the basis of the documents emailed, groups will be formed, who will be informed of the arrangements required.

1st session: before January 5, 2006
2nd session: before January 25, 2006
