On 11 October the police detained Maksim Vieniarski and Iauhien Alielkau for distribution of fly-sheets with the urge to join Day of Solidarity with the regime’s victims. They threw down several hundred of fly-sheets from the roof of a multi-stored building not far from Kamarouski market. The detainees were charged with violation of Article #143 of the Code of Administrative Violation (anti-sanitation). At the same time, the police picked from the ground the fly-sheets so that passers-by couldn’t take them.
