On 29 September the deputy procurator of Leninski Borough of Hrodna Aliaxandr Abramovich officially warned Andrzej Pisalnik that he could not identify himself as the senior editor of the Glos znad Niemna, the Union of Poles in Belarus weekly, reported Radio Liberty.
Tadeusz Kruczkowski, the former chair of the Union of Poles, filed a complained with the procurator's office before the repeated congress of UPB. Then two more issues of the Glos znad Niemna were published in Poland. And the senior editor indicated in the issues was A.Pisalnik.
He was the senior editor of the newspaper when the organization had Anzhelika Borys as its head. After the riot police seized the UPB seat and reinstated T.Kruczkowski, Pisalnik was not included into the new editorial office but published several issues with his colleagues in Poland.
Last week an OSCE conference took place in Warsaw, which was attended by A.Pisalnik who took the floor there. He was introduced there as the editor of the Glos znad Niemna. The conference was attended by the official delegation of Belarus.
