According to the latest evidence by the Human Rights Center Viasna observers, the rally participants move toward the Palace of Sport in Masherava Avenue. The rally participants carry white-red-white flags.
The observers say that around 100 people have already been detained. Several buses have been filled with them.
Police used brutal force, when detaining the people.
