On 23 March police officers Chuchvaha and his partner detained the student Iulia Siviets and the young workman Aliaxandr Hekht, Radio Liberty reports.
They were accused of distributing the flyers of the unregistered young movement Lemon, whose contents allegedly damage the state and public order.
The flyers humorously described what the Lemon has done during its first year. The organization has conducted a public vote for the third presidential term, an action called "Halia, I am back home!", and distributed flyers associated with the inauguration of Ukraine's President Viktar Yushchanka, and other actions.
The anniversary of the Lemon movement falls right on 1 April – Fools' Day.
