In the evening of 15 March the police detained Zmitser Dashkevich and Artur Finkevich, members of Young Front, in Kastrychnitskaia Square of Minsk. The fellows intended to take part in the action that was devoted to the Constitution Day. The detainees were taken to Minsk Tsentralny Borough Board of Internal Affairs.
