Dormitory superintendents visit polling station commissions and request information about students of their dormitories who haven’t voted yet. BPF observer Maksim Hubarevich witnessed that at polling station # 22 (school # 18) in Hrodna.
-There are two polling stations in the school. A woman who introduced herself as a dormitory warden on duty came to polling station # 23. This is the dormitory in Pushkin Street, 24b. She requested the lists of voters who live in the dormitory who haven’t voted yet. The commission showed her the voters’ lists. She copied out the students who had not voted as of Friday, says Maksim Hubarevich.
According to the observer, after the incident a lot more dormitory residents started to come to the polling station to cast their votes before the Election Day.
