Karmazinau Ihar Leanidavich nominated by BPF “Adradzenne” at the district #113 of Maskousaja-Kastrychnitskaja electoral region #73 on October 16. The Chairpeson of the electoral district refused to register the observer as according to his words “the application was submitted in less than the 24 hours before the voting”.
