Alaksei Shydlowski, one of coordinators of Zubr youth movement, was fined 95,000 BYR (USD 45). Savetski administrative commission made that decision on July 28. Shydlowski was detained on July 6 near Yakub Kolas Square in Minsk. He was distributing leaflets about the 21 July opposition rally dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Lukashenka’s presidency.
