Vitsebsk Chyhunachny Borough Court fined Barys Khamayda for distribution of “Belarusian Delovaya Gazeta” newspaper, which was considered as business activity. The court ignored Khamayda’s statement that he didn’t benefit from his activity, as well as similar testimonies of witnesses.
Mr. Khamayda considers this verdict illegal and isn’t going to stop his activity. Together with “BDG” he handed out his own newspaper “Vybar” issued since 1990.
