Leninski Public Utility Company applied to Hrodna region economic court with the demand to evict Batskawshchyna NGO from the office.
Recently it unilaterally cancelled the lease contract with the NGO. The formal reason for eviction of the NGO is violation of the lease contract: the fact that they subleased the office to Den newspaper.
