At 9 p.m. the eight detained participants of the action “We Remember” that was devoted to the fifth anniversary of disappearance of the former minister of internal affairs Yury Zakharanka were tried at Navapolatsk City Court. All of them (Ihar Valiayew, Vintsent Mudrow, Ihar Sukharukaw, Valery Shawchenka, Aliaksandr Tsiarentsyew, Zmitser Salawiow, Aliaksey Trubkin and Siarhey Zabrodski) were justified due to absence of corpus delicti.
During the trial they were defended by the lawyer of the Human Rights Center “Viasna” Uladzimir Labkovich and the advocate Aliaksandr Haliyew.
