“Zubr” Activists Detained in Minsk and Baranavichy

On 9 April four “Zubr” activists were detained in Minsk and Baranavichy. Three of them were detained in the center of Minsk. Raman Kazakevich and Kanstantsin L. were detained in Masheraw Avenue while sticking “Zubr” posters at bulletin boards. One more “Zubr” activist, Aleh Radziuk, was detained in the tube station “Pushkinskaya” for posting fly-sheets. As he was under age, the police composed on his parents a report upon article 162 of the Code of Administrative Violations (non-execution of parental duties).

The “Zubr” activist Artur Haydukevich was detained in the center of the city for wearing a badge with “Zubr” logo. The police composed on him a report for violation of article 167-2 (usage of unregistered symbols) and let go in several hours.
