The action is organized by the People’s Coalition "Five Plus".
Henadz Karpenka, vice-speaker of the 13th Supreme Soviet died on 6 April 1999. The cause of Karpenka’s death is still unclear. The politician’s family had to leave the country because of the persecution. They live in Germany with the status of political refugees.
