Unknown vandals damaged 9 crosses mounted along Kurapaty forest. BPF supporter Valantsin Matskevich told RFE/RL about the vandalism.
This is not the first case of vandalism in Kurapaty, the mourning place, where in 1937-1941 NKVD chasteners killed about 200 thousand people. So far none of the vandals have been prosecuted.
