On 27 March the police detained Alesia Pukala for distribution of leaflets announcing the rally ?#152;Worthy Life to Belarusian People’, organized by local leaders of the 5+ coalition.
Viasna member Uladzimir Vialichkin came to Maskowski borough police board where Alesia was kept. She was accused of violation of Art 172 of the Code of Administrative Offences. As the result of long negotiations with police officers and their numerous consultations with their chiefs Alesia Pukala was ?#152;bailed out’ by Vialichkin.
