Administration of the Veterans’ Palace waited till the last moment to ban the concert celebrating the Freedom Day. Finally it broke the agreement and refused to provide the concert hall to concert organizers. Coordinator of the concert organizing committee Ales Marachkin announced that on 25 March at an extraordinary press-conference.
