BAJ press-service informs, Leninski borough court of Minsk ruled to enforce 15 million BYR on the Narodnaya Volya newspaper to compensate for moral damage of businessman Siarhei Atroshchanka. Besides that, Judge Vera Tupik obliged the newspaper to publish refutation of the information contained in the article “What Business Feels Good in Belarus?”, cover the court expenses, and cover the fees of the plaintiff’s lawyer. The Narodnaya Volya is going to appeal against the decision to Minsk city court.
