Ministry of Justice Elaborates Draft Law on Registration of Juridical Bodies and Individual Businessmen

On 3 December Mr. Halavanaw, Minister of Justice, stated it.

The Ministry of Justice has dealt with registration of juridical bodies and individual businessmen for 2 years already. The ministry register has information about 237 497 juridical bodies (their founders, time of creation, field of activity, etc.). However, the State still hasn’t any body to control the registration of juridical bodies and individual businessmen. That’s why, as Viktar Halavanaw says, “the problem of registration of juridical bodies and businessmen need’s to be developed”. According to pahonia.promedia.by, the Ministry of Justice will take this burden, but without hiring any new workers, at the expense of its “internal reserves”.
