The authorities of the PA “Brestablsayuzdruk” refused to distribute the newspaper “Mistsovy Chas”, the first number of which appeared on 25 September 2003. Mr. Navumchyk, Head of Pinsk branch of “Brestablsayuzdruk”, explained it by “overloading of the trading net”. The founder and editor of the newspaper is the editorial house “Intex-press”
