The Prosecutor’s Office of Belarus issued personal warnings to Piatro Martsaw, founder and general director of the Unitarian enterprise “Marat” that publishes “BDG” and “BDG. Dlya Sluzhebnogo Polzovaniya” and to Sviatlana Kalinkina, chief editor of these newspapers.
The reason was that “the newspaper’s editorial staff actually continued issuing the newspaper under other names”. What concerns the juridical nature of the case, newspaper with other name is judicially other newspaper, even if it is produced by the same people in the same building and with the same equipment.
