LYCEUM STUDENTS’ PARENTS SENT OFF TO BANGALOR RESERVATION
Parents of the students of the National Humanities Lyceum of Yakub Kolas were banned to hold pickets in the desired places. The parents intended to hold pickets on June 19-27 in the Mikhailawski park of Minsk or in Savetskaya str.9. However, the Minsk city council traditionally replied that they might only protest in the Bangalor square of Minsk. The authorities referred to the presidential decree, regulating mass actions, although the picket isn’t at all considered a “mass action”. Today the parents will again assemble in the Lyceum in order to find out what they should do in connection with such answers.
