Barysaw juvenile commission fined the parents of 9th grade student Dzima Shmatok 15,000 BYR. Dzima, member of the unregistered youth movement ZUBR, was caught distributing leaflets against the social policy of teh authorities. He was detained on 5 March near the entrance check-point of “Avtogidrousilitel” plant. The 9th-grader was charged with distribution of leaflets, “prodeced in illegal way”, reports BelaPAN
