Siarhey Rusetski, representative of the Human Rights Center “Viasna” in the town of Biaroza (Brest region), applied to Biaroza District Executive Committee with the request to allow holding of a picket in support of Aliaksandr Ryhoravich Lukashenka on 1 April. The committee didn’t authorize the picket as “ the real aim of the picket doesn’t correspond to the one stated in the application and the form of the measure doesn’t meet the aim”.
