The Ministry of Justice issued a reprimand to Frantsysk Skaryna Society of Belarusian Language for usage of a seal with the name of juridical body that didn’t correspond to the statute one by Lida SBL organization. It is the second reprimand to Frantsysk Skaryna Society of Belarusian Language. After the third the organization can be closed.
On January 27 the Supreme court will consider the SBL suit against the Ministry of Justice concerning illegality of the first reprimand. The interests of SBL will be represented by the lawyer of HRC “Viasna” Uladzimir Labkovich.
