The investigator of Miensk prosecutor’s office Uladzimir Chumachenka refused to confirm this fact to radio “Liberty” and state that he wouldn’t tell anything to mass media any more. However, he shared this piece of news with representative of the Zakharanka’s Iury Vouchak.
At present both rulings about suspension of investigation (concerning cases of Zakharanka, Hanchar and Krasouski) are in the republican prosecutor’s office. The press secretary of the prosecutor’s office Aliaxiei Taranau said to correspondent of radio “Liberty”: “Take into account that if an investigator signs a ruling, the cases are considered suspended. The prosecutor’s office only checks the legality of his decision.”
