PARLIAMENT BACKS FRALOW'S INQUIRY
The House of Representatives of the National Assembly supported Representative Valery Fralow in his inquiry to Prosecutor General Viktar Sheiman. Fifty six representatives supported the inquiry. Fralow inquired about the course of investigation of the criminal cases on disappearance of Yury Zakharanka, Viktar Ganchar, Anatol Krasowski, and Dzmitry Zavadski. The inquiry contains a number of questions: what document, signed by whom, was the basis to detain SOBR head Dzmitry Pawluchenka, and what was the basis for his release; why it is still not found out where Dzmitry Zavadski is, although the trial over the group, which has supposedly kidnapped him, is over; who is working on the investigation right now, etc.
The representatives expect to receive an answer on 24 October during the hearing about lawfulness situation in Belarus, where Sheiman is supposed to take part.
