Today the participants of the picket near the Presidential residence on September 16 have been tried at Miensk city police department (Karl Marx Street, 30). Judge Zhdanok found the picketers guilty of having violated the first part of Article No. 167.1 Hieorhi Salamianik, Mikhail Tarasiuk and Zmitsier Filipovich warned them.
At the trial the picketers’ interests were represented by the lawyer of PA HRC “Viasna” Uladzimir Labkovich.
