According to independent observers, a blatant case of election rigging was registered at Minsk polling station # 104, after 480 ballots appeared to be missing from the ballot box. The local election commission said there were 1,719 ballots issued on the polling day. However, the ballot counting proved there were only 1,239 ballots. As a result, the vote counting came to a standstill, as the observers demand explanations.
