October 23 at about 10 a.m. near the detention Center at Akrestsina Street in Minsk gathered relatives and friends of the "Zmena" activist Pavel Vinahradau to meet him after serving 15 days in prison.

However, not his wife of his father nether his friends and civil society activists couldn’t meet him. The main guard of the detention Center Ihar Sakalou came to them and said that Pavel is not here. He was released at 8 am, and was taken somwhere but he didn’t say where exactly. He was released 2 hours earlier just for Pavel couldn’t see the solidarity with him.

Later it became known that he was taken him to the police department of the Moscow district, by the way he is not hanging up phone.
Pavel Vinahradau in 2008 was condemned as a person involved in the so-called "case of 14" for the meeting of entrepreneurs, in 2011 - as a person involved in a criminal case on the riots in Minsk on December 19, 2010, he was then sentenced to four years' imprisonment in a penal colony. September 14, 2011 activist released under a decree of the President for clemency.

After his release from prison Pavel Vinahradau didn’t left his civic activity. In order to keep himon a short leash, April 10, 2012 Court of the Moscow district of Minsk ruled preventive supervision of Pavel Vinahradau for a period of two years.
Human Rights Center "Viasna" fixed 16 cases of detention of Pavel Vinahradau after his release from prison. 15 of them ended in administrative detention for from 5 to 25 days, which in total are 165 days - actually 5 and a half months. During this year there were 65 days in prison. 
Recall that the Human Rights Center "Viasna" calls his colleagues, friends and associates to join the campaign for the freedom of civil society activist Pavel Vinahradau.
