Pavel Vinahradau to be tried again

Another administrative case has been brought against the “Zmena” activist Pavel Vinahradau. Today it will be considered by the Maskouski District Court of Minsk.

As reported in Facebook by his wife, Sviatlana Vinahradava, October 2 Mr. Vinahradau came to the police department for a check, due to his being under preventive supervision. However, like the previous time, he didn't return from there.

September 11 Pavel Vinahradau was groundlessly detained and sentenced to 15 days of arrest. He was released September 26 and stated his intention to continue his public activities despite the threats and repressions of the authorities. In August Mr. Vinahradau had been also punished with a ten-day arrest for no reasons.

All in all, about 20 administrative cases have been brought against Pavel Vinahradau for his socio-political activism.
