On 13 June the church "New Life" received a summons from the court bailiff of the Minsk City Economic Court of Minsk A. Scharbovich about the beginnig of enforcement proceedings against the church. The community was given seven days to vacate the building in Kavaliou Street 72. The ruling was issued by the Minsk City Economic Court on the basis of the Maskouski District Housing Management of Minsk.

Bear in mind that a similar letter was mailed to the church on 27 November 2012. The believers prayed for seven days for resolution of the situation, and on the eve of the scheduled date of eviction it became known that the housing management withdrew its claim. Now everything comes back.

The lawyer of the "New Life" Siarhei Lukanin reminds that " in 2009 the Minsk City Economic Court ruled that the ownership of the church building was to be passed to the Maskouski District Housing Management. As Long as the property right juridically belong to this state body, it has the right to enforce the judgment."

As written at the website of the "New Life" the same day its pastor Viachaslau Hancharenka was taken to resuscitation department with a heart attack. His condition is deteriorating.
