There is no complaint book at the Baranavichy District and City Court, that's what the businessman Mikalai Charnavus was told after asking to be provided with a copy of a court verdict on 26 November.

Having received a denial, Mr. Charnavus asked to give him the complaint book in order to leave a complaint there, as he was unable to receive the court verdict since 19 November. However, the court officials refused to do it, saying that the complaint book was full of notes. When he said that he could write on the cover, he received the answer that the covers had been filled too.

As a result, Mr. Charnavus filed a complaint to the head of the Brest District and City Court Mikalai Kmita about being not issued with the complaint book and the failure of the judge of Aksana Sarakhman to issue him with a copy of the court decision.

The matter is that on 19 November the entrepreneur had been fined 3 million rubles for holding a charitable dinner. He cannot appeal the verdict without receiving its copy first. The legal term for appealing the court decision expires in three days.
