Slutsk civil activist Vital Amialkovich is going to be tried on charges of violating Par. 1 Art.21.14 of the Administrative Code for allegedly posting stickers on a wall in central Slutsk.
The activist was detained outside his house on 14 July. The detention was accompanied with numerous procedural violations. “I still don’t know the name of the policeman who arrested me,” says Mr. Amialkovich.
