Vital Amialkovich
Vital Amialkovich, civil activist from the town of Slutsk, Minsk region, was detained by local police at about 12 p.m. 14 July.
According to Mr. Amialkovich, he was taken to the nearest police station on charges of posting stickers outside a store. However, the police report was full of procedural flaws, says the activist.
The activist was released two hours later.
