Political prisoner Vaskovich doesn't receive even envelopes
Political prisoner Yauhen Vaskovich does not receive
even empty envelopes of the letters sent to him. He wrote it in a letter to his
family, BCD party press service reports.
The political prisoner asks all people who write to him to send letters by
registered mail. He hopes in this case he will receive at least receipts that
will allow him to know who sent letters.
Yauhen Vaskovich also noted he had
not received warnings in the last weeks. If the situation doesn't change, the
parole board may transfer him to an open prison on 8 August.
The political prisoner notes he has not been offered to apply for a pardon
since he was transferred to a closed security prison, but says he received
these proposals before.
Yauhen says he writes letters to many people, but doesn't know it they are
delivered.
