Vitsebsk police has reportedly detained local distributor of the “Nash Dom Info” independent newspaper Siarhei Soupel, as he was leaving his house this morning.
He was taken to the police station and charges with illegal distribution of printed media (Art. 29.9 of the Administrative Code).
Siarhei Soupel was released three hours later.
