Mahiliou police do not admit false information was reported to the KGB by the manager of the Preston shopping center Mr. Pashuryn who demanded prosecution of entrepreneur Mrs. Liudmila Krylovich for reportedly plotting a political-motivated strike.
The false denunciation was followed by a lawsuit lodged by Mrs. Krylovich, as she argued that no strike was going to be organized. However, she was interrogated by the KGB. Moreover, Mrs. Krylovich’s rent contract was later terminated.
