On 22 March Minsk police detained activists of the Revolution Through Social Network online community Nasta Shuleika, Mikhas Kostka and an identified photographer, on suspicion of staging an action in the city’s Stalitsa trade center a few hours earlier, when a national white-red-white flag was flown tied to several balloons.
Their administrative cases are expected to be heard by Minsk Maskouski District Court.
